As difficult it is to build a disciplined regime, it is even harder to keep following it. There will be days when you will feel demotivated, dejected and discouraged. There will be days when you will hate your monotonous schedule.
For all those days, we are there to give you that slight 'Nudge'. Together, we will establish a virtuous cycle of motivation and performance with continuous mentoring.
Mentorship are of two types -
Reactive Mentorship: It involves aspirant seeking actively mentorship from the mentor. Aspirants are expected to know their mistakes and ask targeted questions from mentors. Mentors, on the other hand, are unaware about the issues of aspirants. Most of the times, aspirants are provided with generic responses to their queries. While it is more economical for institutes to provide this kind of mentorship, it does little or no good to aspirants.
Acads Proactive Mentorship or The Nudge Mentorship: It employs principles of behavioural science to nudge our learners to seek continuous mentorship. Tests, Assignments and interactive lectures are made to create a sense of urgency in the minds of learners to push themselves to improve and learn from their mistakes. This keeps Acads learners on their toes and always in exam ready mode.
Nudge mentorship also helps our learner to incorporate principles of Deliberate Practice. Deliberate practice refers to a special type of practice that is purposeful and systematic. While regular practice might include mindless repetitions, deliberate practice requires focused attention and is conducted with the specific goal of improving performance.
Acads MAC thus is an amalgamation of the conscious efforts of aspirants and the proactive mentorship of experts to achieve the virtuous cycle of motivation. This motivation will eventually translate into boosted performance and enhance chances of success of the learners.
